Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Student Sustainability Analyst to join our team at Home.Earth. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integration and reporting of our impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, including the integration of circular construction, conscious material choices, and carbon transparency.
  • Conduct research and collect data to update our Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for our projects, from early design phases to final audit.
  • Participate in workshops and develop tools to assess our impact on circularity, track impact indicators in our project developments, and support our sustainability toolbox for project development.
  • Collaborate with our team to support Home.Earth's broader sustainability work across construction, operations, and decarbonization.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in higher education in an analytical and/or technical program with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
  • 2-3 years left of studies.
  • A good understanding of LCA and energy consumption.
  • Knowledge of Danish building regulations and DGNB certification.
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and the Adobe Suite, with a bonus for coding and BIM skills.
  • An entrepreneurial and independent approach to problem-solving.
  • Interest in sustainability and construction.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
  • A confident and proactive approach to thrive in a startup culture.
  • Motivation to work with sustainability and social impact.
  • Good communication skills in English.
