Job Description
Understand the world of kids and help shape our strategies
We are looking for a student researcher to join our Kids Engagement team at The LEGO Group. As a student researcher, you will be responsible for conducting research on kids culture, setting up surveys to collect input from kids, and analyzing the data to inform our strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Consumer Immersion
- Conduct desk research on kids culture and trends
- Set up surveys to collect input from kids on various topics
Communication & Coordination
- Plan and publish newsletters to keep stakeholders informed
- Prepare thought-provoking inspiration, such as presentations and videos, to spark conversations
- Plan events to bring the team together and foster collaboration
Requirements
Education
- Currently enrolled in a university with at least 2 years left
- Preferably in a field related to Communications, Marketing, Media, Anthropology, Psychology, or similar
Skills
- Strong communicator with creative visual skills
- Strong analytic skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open-minded, curious, eager to learn
- Solution-oriented with a service mindset
- Strong team player, comfortable navigating across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Microsoft PowerPoint, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snap, Twitch
- Fluent in English
