Job Description
You will become a key player in the company's expansion and are expected to take the lead of sales efforts to ensure daily management and continuous development of strategies and sales approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in building a scalable sales organization and model
- Present, promote, and sell Inniti's solutions to new and existing customers and partners
- Be part of refining the sales playbook and teaching it to new employees
- Identify new markets with the technical team and validate commercial value
- Create new contacts for partners and direct customers through research, networking, and direct contact
- Coordinate, optimize, and scale up sales activities with the rest of the team
- Be responsible for digital and traditional marketing, including promotional material preparation
Qualifications
- Experience within B2B and from a similar position
- Experience selling and pricing SaaS solutions
- Strong background in sales
- Experience supervising and developing a sales organization
- Experience establishing and maintaining indirect sales channels
- Keen to negotiate with industrial customers and willing to learn about technical solutions
- Professional level of English – second language is a bonus. Danish is not required
- Comfortable with 20 – 30 traveling days per year
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong background in sales and sales leadership
- Experience within B2B and from a similar position
- Ability to participate in building a scalable sales organization and model
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to learn about technical solutions
- Professional level of English – second language is a bonus
- Comfortable with traveling for business purposes
