The Superb Opportunity:
We are scaling our fantastic Nordic sales team and would love to welcome more talented professionals to join our mission in revolutionizing the hospitality industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in the Nordics, with the mission of making Superb the #1 platform for hospitality businesses in your market.
You will use a consultative sales approach to achieve this mission. This involves prospecting, building relationships, and signing up new hospitality businesses such as restaurants, bars, and cafes in your territory.
These are tight-knit communities where everyone knows each other. Therefore, you will need to be strong in building customer relationships to expand your network through recommendations and referrals.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the charge introducing Superb to hospitality businesses in your territory
- Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
- Understand the struggles of customers and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
- Partner with Product and Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
- Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Superb in the market
- Leverage Hubspot (our CRM) to manage all sales activities
Your Qualifications:
- +1 year's experience in a closing sales role
- Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success (preferably)
- Knowledge of restaurant operations or genuine interest in the restaurant industry
- Danish fluency and comfort with English as our business language
- You live in/near Jutland and are able to travel around for customer meetings
- High energy and great at building relationships (our people are our brand)
- A collaborative team player mentality
