As a Business Operations and Logistics Coordinator with UNDP, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's operations and ensuring seamless logistics management.

As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for coordinating procurement processes, managing inventory, and providing administrative support to our staff. You will work closely with colleagues across the globe to support operations and programme work in challenging settings.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating procurement processes, including need analysis, market research, sourcing, and contract negotiation;
  • Managing inventory, including tracking stock levels, forecasting demand, and implementing inventory control systems;
  • Providing administrative support, including preparing documents, responding to emails, and maintaining records;

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. You will also need to be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects;
  • Familiarity with procurement and inventory management software;
  • Knowledge of international business and logistics principles;
