About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead our software development team in driving innovation and sustainability. As a key member of our R&D organization, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding a team of seven employees, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering collaboration across departments and teams, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to drive our platform approach for software and hardware development.

With a strong background in software development and experience with modern development methods and best practices within continuous integration, you will help drive our efforts across all software departments in R&D.

You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our intelligent platforms and smart solutions, contributing to accelerating the green transition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of seven employees in our software development organization.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality deliveries while driving innovation and sustainability.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in software development and experience with modern development methods and best practices within continuous integration.
  • Technical skills and knowledge of tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Ansible, Artifactory, Zabbix, and Graylog.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A results-driven approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
