Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Programmatic Expert to lead our Programmatic team and oversee all aspects of programmatic deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of professionals, fostering creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Provide direction for GroupM's programmatic offering.
  • Lead a group comprising Team Leads and Practice Leads.
  • Ensure a motivated and functional leadership group and employee satisfaction.
  • Support employees in professional and personal development.
  • Hold commercial and operational responsibility for programmatic campaigns.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and work cross-functionally with other teams.
  • Integrate Nexus and agencies to deliver brilliant work for clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and programmatic buying.
  • Visionary and strategic thinking, paired with strong implementation skills.
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, particularly in managing relationships across agencies.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering on financial targets.
  • Operational management experience, including project planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
