In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about creating high-quality training content. You will also be part of our Service Products leadership team, contributing to the direction and development of our products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead a team of digital experts dedicated to enhancing our training content.
  • Plan, track, and report on project progress, providing transparency and accountability.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team in software development.
  • Contribute to proposal writing, estimates, and feature descriptions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in people management, empowering colleagues to excel through a relationship-based leadership style.
  • Experience within managing digital training content and/or software development; this will be a clear advantage.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., technical sciences.
  • A high degree of proficiency in English, both orally and in writing.
