Senior Microbiologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our Quality Control team at Novo Nordisk. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for microbiology and quality assurance.

As a Senior Microbiologist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products through the development, implementation, and maintenance of microbiological testing methods. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our products and ensuring their safety for patients worldwide.

To succeed in this position, you will have a strong academic background in natural sciences, such as pharmacy or engineering, and ideally 2 or more years of experience in a similar role. Your quality-conscious and detail-oriented approach, combined with your willingness to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment, will be essential assets in this position.

• Develop and validate analytical procedures for microbiological testing
• Conduct sterility testing, microbial control, and other microbiological tests
• Collaborate with laboratory technicians to optimize testing processes
• Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
