The Job Description
- Drive, refine, optimize, and own the global commission setup, including modelling, operations, target setting, stakeholder management, presentations, and analysis.
- Analyze existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic changes to drive sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand process intricacies.
- Drive, refine, optimize, and anchor global strategic insights to improve sales performance.
- Ensure global standardization and out-of-box solutions for our sales reports, insights, and processes.
- Maintain and develop Power BI reports/dashboards.
- Act as subject matter expert on sales insights-related tasks in strategic projects.
Your Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- A master's degree or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience working with commission modelling, target setting, and operationalization from a global perspective.
- Expertise in delivering complex quantitative and qualitative analysis in an easy-to-understand way with clear recommendations to senior leadership teams.
- Solid experience with sales insights from a go-to-market perspective and can operate from both a tactical and strategic point of view.
- Experience with stakeholder management and operating across diverse cultures and different parts of an organization.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advantageous: Xactly Incent, Salesforce, and process mapping.
- Professional English skills.
