We are seeking a Digital Transformation Advisor to join our team at BearingPoint GmbH. As a Digital Transformation Advisor, you will help our clients drive digital transformation and improve their operational efficiency in the financial services industry.

Your primary responsibility will be to support our clients in large transformations in core banking/insurance, asset management services, anti-financial crime (AFC), card & payments programs, and post-merger migrations. You will define requirements and solutions to optimize, digitize, and automate processes and infrastructure.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have around 2-6 years of relevant experience within the Financial Services industry (banking & insurance), ideally from consulting and/or a development-oriented SME role. Prior experience in use case and/or business requirement creation and management is essential, as well as prior experience in designing and optimizing target processes, assessing business impacts, and implementing change.
