Job Title: Executive Director - Offshore Wind Legal Expert

We are seeking an experienced and skilled legal professional to lead our offshore wind legal team, providing expert guidance on complex commercial contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of legal professionals, fostering growth, and excellence in their work.
  • Develop and implement scalable legal processes to support business growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal functions, providing expert guidance on legal risks, obligations, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Qualified lawyer with a current practicing certificate (or equivalent qualification).
  • 8–12 years post-qualification experience, ideally with a blend of in-house and law firm experience.
  • Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
