Empowering the Future of Renewable Energy

Siemen Gamesa is seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team in the Wind Industry. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of technical training programs for our technicians in the Offshore sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the continued development of our technicians through active participation in training programs.
  • Develop and deliver technical training based on business needs, primarily conducted at our training facility in Esbjerg.
  • Provide technical support to the Site Training department and Construction Site Resources.
  • Proactively communicate with project sites and back-office to identify areas suitable for on-site training.

Requirements:

  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense of the importance of leading the change.
  • Background in an operational environment, with experience in training development or delivery, preferably in the wind industry.
  • Motivation by people development and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to navigate a busy and dynamic environment.
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and analytical approach to work.
  • Fluency in English, both orally and in writing.
