The role of Senior Project Manager/Project Director for R&D CAPEX construction projects is a key position in our company, Novo Nordisk A/S - Nn1.

As a project leader, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale construction projects across various global sites. Your expertise in project methodologies, tools, and techniques will enable you to drive projects forward and optimize value/risk at the project and portfolio level.

We are a dynamic company in an even more dynamic industry. Our team at R&D Investments specializes in professionalized development and execution of CAPEX projects, serving across all Lines of Business areas. We lead projects globally, including across Denmark, US, UK, and China.

Your Role

  1. You will lead and deliver complex cross-functional (and possibly global) projects through development and construction.
  2. Proven experience from pharma or other regulated industries, such as food science, life science, or energy industry, is preferable.
  3. A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or any other relevant field is required.
  4. You will possess exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership level.
  5. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage project teams to achieve project goals.
  6. Strong knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and techniques is essential.
  7. Experience in building laboratories and PMP certification are advantages.
  8. English language proficiency is mandatory.
