About this Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Analyst to join our team and support the delivery of our card products. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with Agile methodologies and the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business strategies and objectives.
• Translate business strategies into technical requirements for the IT team.
• Verify developed solutions through testing and validation.
• Liaise with IT developers and architects to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Analyze and improve existing business processes.
• Develop and propose new business processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Conduct UAT and obtain sign-off from business stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to business users.
• Generate reports and provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10-12 years of experience in IT or business areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Background in data mapping and migration.
• Proficiency in process modeling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Strong understanding of the cards domain.
• Solid technical knowledge for effective collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency with analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
