Digital Demand Generation Leader

Pleo Technologies ApS is at the forefront of revolutionizing company spending. As a Digital Demand Generation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our demand generation strategy and investment model.
We're looking for an experienced, creative, results-oriented marketer to lead our Demand Generation team. This role involves defining our demand generation strategy, creating high-quality top-of-funnel demand through various tactics and channels, and driving pipeline creation and revenue goals.
As a seasoned people manager, you will lead a team of demand generation specialists, develop comprehensive demand generation strategies, and execute integrated campaign orchestration and management. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives, measure programme impact, and improve performance.
You will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in SaaS B2B marketing roles, with a focus on digital demand generation experience, including paid social, content syndication, ABM, lead generation, scoring, nurture, email marketing, and webinar programmes. You will excel in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, embracing change and ambiguity.
In this role, you will champion the customer, succeed as a team, make it happen, and build to scale. You will be a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills, having a FinTech background as an advantage but not essential.
