Project Director

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to join our team at Automize. As a key member of our delivery projects, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality project deliveries.

As a Project Director, your primary focus will be on managing internal and external projects, working closely with customers in both the SME and enterprise segments. You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring effective communication with customers and colleagues to drive successful project outcomes.
• Managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Navigating complex project challenges and independently driving project progress.
• Adeptly handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess:

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry, preferably with a technical background.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• A strong execution drive, with a natural ability to take responsibility for delivering high-quality results.
• Possession of a master's or bachelor's degree, ideally complemented by certifications such as IPMA, PRINCE 2, PMI, or similar.
• A structured, communicative, and clear approach to language and behavior.
• Commercial experience and a holistic perspective.
• Solution-oriented, persistent, and pragmatic work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking.

The primary workplace will be either Kolding or Aarhus, with one day per week at the non-primary location. Travel to Høje Taastrup is expected a few times annually. Start date can be negotiated.
