We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Compliance Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR). This role will play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations, optimizing warehouse processes, and contributing to the company's growth.

About the Role

As our new Warehouse Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding the warehouse team in adhering to quality and GMP requirements. You will focus on preparing the warehouse for future growth and changes, participating in safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring smooth SAP operations.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and quality standards.
  • Optimize warehouse processes using LEAN methodologies.
  • Assist in SAP operations and provide seamless system support.
  • Participate in projects across the organization, collaborating with diverse teams.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Professional proficiency in both Danish and English.
  • An academic degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (bachelor's or master's level).
  • Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • A hands-on approach to executing processes and tackling challenges.

Experience with GMP is highly appreciated, and previous support experience within Warehouse, Production, and Supply Chain is advantageous but not a prerequisite.

About the Department

You will be joining the Warehouse team at NNPR situated in the Supply Chain department, playing a key role in the department's core functions. The Warehouse team is responsible for overseeing inbound processes, managing deliveries for production, and ensuring the preparation for shipment.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this role is approximately 75,000 - 90,000 DKK per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
