Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at ALK-Abelló A/S. As a key member of our Global Quality function, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical operations worldwide.

Responsibilities:
  • Quality Oversight: Proactively develop and improve business processes within ALK-Abelló A/S and between our company and external partners in current and new business set-ups.
  • Operational Tasks: Conduct batch record reviews, complaint handling, deviation handling, change management, supplier management, audit management, and documentation reviews.
  • Collaboration: Provide daily operation support, sparring, and collaboration with internal departments and ALK affiliates as well as external partners in the supply chain.
  • Audits: Conduct audits of external partners (CMOs, warehouses, distributors, and transporters).
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience working with GMP and/or GDP in a Quality department, production site, supply chain department, etc.
  • Qualifications: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Health Science or related field.
  • Skill Set: Strong drive, ability to work independently and collaboratively, relation building across different cultures, excellent communication skills in Danish and English, and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
