Marketplace Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketplace Manager to join our team at ONLY BRAND HOUSE. As a key member of our e-commerce team, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of marketplace sales professionals, developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability on partner platforms, and ensuring operational efficiency.

• Marketplace Operations: Ensure profitable operations of partner platforms, including Zalando, About You, and Amazon.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner platforms, including Zalando and About You.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance on partner platforms.
• Revenue Growth: Identify and implement initiatives and strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability on partner platforms.
• Assortment Strategy: Ensure individual assortment strategy for each marketplace platform, analyzing sales trends and deciding on assortment needs in cooperation with the buying team.
• Visibility Optimization: Continuously optimize visibility on the sites, ensuring that our product offerings are best exposed and that the algorithms are utilized optimally.
• Product Management: Ensure that the product range is updated and seasonally appropriate, as well as being responsible for the on- and offboarding of products.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies based on data analysis and insights.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within sales, fashion, or marketplace operations, preferably within e-commerce.
• Knowledge: Understanding and knowledge of an online fashion business, including experience with trading on marketplaces preferably Zalando and/or About You.
• Leadership: Experience in leading and managing strategic projects, with excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Master's degree in economics, finance, or a related field is preferred.
