PAS-X Program Director

We are looking for an experienced PAS-X Program Director to join our team in Novo Nordisk Emerging Technologies. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating various PAS-X projects from idea to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project plans, coordinate resources, and manage timelines to ensure successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, manufacturing development, and global IT teams.
• Solution Identification and Implementation: Identify potential solutions for challenges or opportunities in ET and lead their implementation.
• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.

About You:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, or life sciences.
• Several years' experience with project management within IT, preferably with Agile methodology.
• An in-depth knowledge of Office Suite applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English.
