Genmab is seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Supply Chain Manager to join our Global Clinical Drug Supply team in Princeton, NJ or Copenhagen, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement global clinical trial supply strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of clinical supplies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply chain constraints and optimize clinical supply processes.
- Design and implement systems and tools to support clinical supply management, including IRT and planning tools.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and processes governing clinical supplies management in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and lead a team of supply chain professionals to ensure delivery of clinical supplies and compliance with quality standards.
- Manage budget for clinical drug supplies and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in science or related technical area, or equivalent. Advanced degree/certification preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in supply chain or related area in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and/or medical device industry.
- Significant experience in drug supply chain management and working with applicable regulatory standards.
- Experience in managing large/complex projects and working with multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
