Job Summary

As a key member of the Teradyne Robotics Legal Department, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal counsel to both Universal Robots A/S and its sister company Mobile Industrial Robots A/S. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, commercial law, and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, sales agreements, sourcing agreements, technology and license agreements, guarantees, and other financial instruments.
  • Developing, maintaining, and revising corporate contract templates.
  • Providing legal advice to key business stakeholders.
  • Assisting in dispute resolution with customers and suppliers.
  • Working on compliance matters, including export/import regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Contributing to various ad hoc strategic initiatives.

Requirements
  • Law degree or Master's degree in a law-related field.
  • 2-4 years of legal work experience as a legal advisor, preferably from a major law firm and/or private company.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to communicate complex legal concepts to internal stakeholders.
