We are seeking a highly experienced Health and Safety professional to join our team as a Health and Safety Partner for Integration Projects. As a key member of our Aseptic Manufacturing Engineering department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our global network of factories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement EHS-related procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate the implementation of the EHS Portal and Novo Nordisk Health and Safety Management System, including training and support for employees.
- Conduct site assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives and programs.
- Provide technical guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters.
- Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Health and Safety role, preferably in a highly regulated industry.
- Certification in ISO45001 and ISO9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
