About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ESG Manager to join our team at Framna. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our ESG strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and implementing effective compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the Group's ESG strategy.
  • Support compliance with GDPR, CSRD, EU AI Act, and other key legislation.
  • Implement and maintain Group-wide compliance programs and internal control frameworks.
  • Report ESG KPIs to external stakeholders, including investors and lenders.
  • Provide compliance support and advice to the business to help accomplish corporate goals, strategies, and priorities.
  • Assist in the development of compliance processes and standards for new business areas.
  • Deliver staff training on ESG and compliance matters.
  • Foster a strong ESG and compliance culture throughout the Group.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in compliance and ESG.
  • Legislation expertise, with the ability to analyze and implement complex legislation.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and moving forward.
  • A business-oriented mindset, with the ability to understand how ESG ties into our business and make smart, strategic decisions.
  • A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work with others to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legislation into simple, actionable plans in both written and verbal forms.
  • Analytical prowess, with the ability to break down complex concepts and make them understandable and actionable.
  • Tech enthusiasm, with a good grasp of our products and business.
