About the Role
We are seeking a Change Management Expert with expertise in government systems. As a key member of the core team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new business processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to new business processes
- Work closely with the government to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in IFMIS
- Provide training and support to government personnel on the use of IFMIS
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and performance metrics
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, financial management or IT with a focus on business processes
- Good command of English (CEFR C1)
- 3-5 years of experience in IFMIS-related system design and implementation
- Hands-on experience in financial software development, testing and maintenance
- Strong analytical skills and experience in change management
