At Novo Nordisk A/S, we are seeking a highly skilled Chromatography Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Quality Control department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of raw materials and excipients for pharmaceutical production.

About the Position

In this challenging and dynamic role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of chromatographic methods for the analysis of raw materials and excipients. Your expertise in chromatography will enable you to ensure the quality of released raw materials, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reviewing chromatographic analyses on HPLC/UPLC (UV, ELS, RI), GC/GC-HS, and IC platforms
  • Providing analytical support to the laboratory
  • Maintaining and updating chromatographic methods
  • Preparing deviations, laboratory investigations, and change control cases

You will work closely with other chemists, laboratory technicians, and colleagues in Material Manufacturing Development to ensure seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A relevant scientific education (e.g., Pharmacist, Chemical Engineer, Chemist)
  • Experience with chromatographic methods
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following systems: HPLC/UPLC, IC, GC/GC-HS (preferably with data processing in Empower and Chromeleon)
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Danish

We value your experience with QC-relevant processes such as deviation handling, laboratory investigations, and method validation/verification.
