About Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you to have:

  • A master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in procurement or strategic sourcing within a highly regulated organisation, coupled with a strategic mindset
  • A good understanding of chemical processes, ideally with expertise in small molecules
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

You should also be able to:

  • Showcase a commercial and strategic mindset, with the ability to quickly understand different complex business models and industry dynamics
  • Break down the bigger picture into sourcing-related decisions
