Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the performance of crane & installation suppliers in onshore construction projects.

You will identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity of site operations.

Furthermore, you will address critical supplier performance issues promptly to ensure effective resolution and continuous improvement.

Your focus will be on building and maintaining reliable relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders (Project and Site Management, Procurement).

In addition, you will report to leadership teams about supplier performance and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A degree in business or engineering.
  • Experience in construction project management, operations, and project execution.
  • Experience in construction supplier management and sourcing.
  • Knowledge of statistics and data techniques for supplier performance.
  • Ability to supervise projects and initiatives with engagement of various stakeholders.
  • Understanding of wind turbines and construction processes.
  • Team-oriented professional with solid independent judgment and forward-thinking approach.
  • Highly motivated, action-oriented, and committed to finishing tasks and targets with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Skilled communicator, capable of working effectively with suppliers and stakeholders at all business levels.
  • Proficient in delivering engaging and clear presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Effective in addressing issues and resolving conflicts.
