Job Description

Cm Robotics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure timely production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Production Processes: You will be responsible for overseeing the production process from start to finish, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Manage Resources: You will be responsible for managing resources such as raw materials, equipment, and labor, ensuring that everything is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve production processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Work closely with the technical development team to ensure that the production process is optimized for the new products & technologies being developed.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety standards are met, and that all staff are trained in safety procedures.
  • Detail-oriented & Data-driven Mindset: Collecting, interpreting and communicating data at all levels of the production process to identify patterns and trends to constantly improve quality, efficiency, and costs.
  • Documentation: Be able to create SOPs and other documentation at a very high standard to ensure quality & process control.
  • Testing: Experience in defining test protocols.
Qualifications
  • Higher Education: Higher education in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years experience in production management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
  • Skills: Excellent organization and leadership skills, familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, ability to analyze data and make responsible decisions, curiosity towards understanding how the products and technologies work and finding solutions to various production-focused problems.
  • Personal Qualities: Openness & trust, flexible hours, a great international working environment.
