About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team in Denmark. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/Dynamics 365 F&SCM Implementations, and experience on at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects. You will be responsible for taking ownership of Financial Management module, working with business stakeholders, and delivering successful programs.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Take ownership of Financial Management module, work with stakeholders, and deliver programs.
  2. Assist with kick-offs, requirement gathering, knowledge transfer sessions, evaluate client business processes, and provide Business Requirement Document.
  3. Analyse client requirements, objectives, suggest Business Re-Engineering processes, eliminate non-value addition processes, and derive how best the software can address clients' business process.
  4. Perform Fit-gap analysis, convert requirements to functional specs, and functional design documents.
  5. Configure and showcase Financial Management processes/systems as to how the solution meets client business requirements like Chart of Accounts, Consolidation of Accounts, Financial Reporting per Business unit/department, Exchange Rates, Intercompany Accounting, Ledger Accruals and Allocations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management.
  6. Experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT, and Go Live.
  7. Mentor other consultants in delivering according to client expectations, take ownership, and deliver successful completion of projects including documents, user manuals.

Key Skills Required:
  1. Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012/Dynamics 365 F&SCM Implementations.
  2. Experience on at least 3 end-to-end implementation projects and awareness of typical implementation methodologies for Dynamics projects.
  3. Experienced in Finance, Procurement, and Sales - (Non-stock Procurement, Services, Catalogues).
  4. Proven understanding of and primary responsibility for solutions in Financial and Project Management Accounting and also multi-country and multi-currency AX implementations in Dynamics 365 F&O or other AX versions.
  5. Expertise knowledge & experience on Asset Management (Production), Fixed Assets, AP/AR, General Ledger, Supply chain, Taxation, Project accounting, and Audit.
  6. Excellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skills.
  7. A positive and can-do approach.
  8. Experience working in a collaborative environment.
  9. Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Visio.
  10. Ability to work remotely and on customer site; some travel expected.
  11. Experience using DevOps for tracking deliverables, risks, and issues.
  12. Have led a team to deliver a project module solution and deliverable.
