Role Description
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of the Service Experience team within Business Service Organization (BSO) and contribute to delivering high-quality reporting solutions to support business decisions. Your responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities
- Collection, analysis, and presentation of complex data to inform business decisions.
- Development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaboration with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Presentation of findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Creation, maintenance, documentation, improvement & decommissioning of reports.
- Drive reporting standardization and definitions alignment.
- Participation in projects requiring Business Intelligence knowledge.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence and data analysis.
- Full proficiency in Power BI tool, including DAX and Power Query.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
