About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Scheduler to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of our high-profile capacity expansion project.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
- Collaborate with project leadership and functional line representatives to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
- Analyze and present project data to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain resource plans, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance Management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in project management, with a focus on planning and scheduling.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
