The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and problem-solving expertise. You will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel, and facilitating collaboration between departments.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain calendars for managers to ensure efficient scheduling and time management
  • Organise travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation
  • Facilitate collaboration between different departments to ensure smooth project execution

To succeed in this position, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in administrative roles. Event planning skills are also desirable.

You will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth and market expansion.
