Senior Scientist or Specialist to the Cell Banks Team

We are seeking a Senior Scientist or Specialist to join our Cell Bank team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production, storage, and characterization of cell banks adhere to internal and external quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation for production, storing, and shipping of cell banks according to cGMP.
- Manage change requests to implement changes in existing processes and deviations using systematic problem-solving.
- Participate in audits and inspections, addressing Health Authorities' questions, presenting work, and managing registrations for different markets.
- Identify opportunities for process and compliance improvements.
Requirements
- Master's degree in cell biology, fermentation, or related scientific discipline; PhD preferred but not required.
- 7+ years of relevant experience from the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record in GMP knowledge.
- Solid knowledge of cellular biology and culturing/fermentation of mammalian and/or microbial cells.
- Strong quality mindset and ability to thrive in an environment with diverse tasks.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience and project driving skills.
