Job Function

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician for IT Systems to join our team in Copenhagen. As a field service technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and configuring operating systems and software.

Key requirements include:

  • Experience in the IT field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English language
  • Good knowledge of server hardware, storage technologies, and associated components
  • Familiarity with various types of operating systems, preferably Linux, Windows, VMware, HP-UX, and OpenVMS
