Senior Clinical Data Acquisition Lead

Transform the future of cancer treatment as a Senior Clinical Data Acquisition Lead at Genmab.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead our clinical data acquisition efforts in oncology trials. As a key member of our Clinical Data Management team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the acquisition and integration of third-party data from laboratories, eCOA providers, technology providers, and other external sources.
Duties and Responsibilities- Lead Protocol Development: Provide strategic insights into protocol development, focusing on external data collection and integration.
- Data Transfer Standardization: Standardize data type specifications to align with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) requirements and clinical trial objectives.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to ensure that data collection is compatible with clinical databases and meets SDTM requirements.
- DM CRO Oversight: Oversee Data Management Contract Research Organizations (DM CROs) for seamless external data transfers.
- Vendor Contract Review: Review and assess vendor contracts, setup specifications, and test data transfers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in science or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in clinical data management with a focus on external data in the biotech/pharma industry.
- Skills and Knowledge: Profound knowledge of oncology trials, EDC systems, and technical aspects of data transfer; strong understanding of data management processes, tools, methodologies, and documentation; familiarity with GCPs, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and good data management practices.
- Soft Skills: Proven project management skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintaining the quality and integrity of clinical data.

Location: This role is remote in the US, Eastern Time Zone. Alternatively, Copenhagen, DK, or Utrecht, the Netherlands, hybrid (3 days in the office/2 remote).
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary band of $140,000-$160,000 per annum, based on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
