Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Recurring Revenue team at 3Shape A/S. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by analyzing requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our solutions align with customer goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and evaluate business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations within our SaaS platform.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support decision-making and product development.
  • Create detailed user stories, process flows, and documentation to communicate requirements to the development team.
  • Provide input to cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role with a commercial focus in the intersection of business and technology.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and experience with data analysis and business process mapping.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable materials.
  • A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • A structured, yet pragmatic mindset combined with effective stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
