Job Description

As a People & Culture Consultant at Too Good To Go, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective HR processes and procedures. Your primary focus will be on supporting our local P&C operations and employee experience.

  1. Employee Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with our P&C Manager to handle onboarding and offboarding processes, manage employment contracts and records in BambooHR, and provide administrative support to employees, managers, and stakeholders on local P&C policies, regulations, and processes.
  2. Employee Experience: Ensure great onboarding to help new hires integrate effectively into the company culture, and contribute to the continuous development of both local and global ways of working, supporting local execution of global processes.
  3. Manager Support & Team Development: Provide guidance and advice to managers on P&C matters and help facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team development across our teams in Copenhagen.
  4. People & Culture Projects & Initiatives: Drive and implement P&C projects and new P&C initiatives aligned with global standards.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and Danish, and experience in HR roles. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
