Senior Structural Engineer for Complex Building Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex building projects. As part of our global spearhead, High Rise & Complex Buildings, you will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing technical design, and ensuring quality assurance of structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading technical design of structures
- Carrying out onsite supervision and quality assurance
- Facilitating local and international collaboration across disciplines
- Representing Ramboll at conferences and other events showcasing our work
- Supporting the use of digital tools
- Acting as a mentor for junior colleagues
- Participating in bids and tenders
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum of 8+ years of experience with design of complex structures using European codes of practice. Knowledge of Danish building projects is an advantage. You should have experience and/or knowledge and interest in tall and complex building constructions, and the ability to develop practical solutions that contribute to the project vision.
You will also need an international mindset, excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Danish (beneficial but not mandatory). This position is based in Copenhagen, but we welcome applicants who are not currently located here and willing to relocate for this exciting opportunity.
