We are seeking a skilled Retention Specialist - B2B to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our Head Office, you will play a crucial role in building trust and transparency between consumers and businesses worldwide.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. You will be responsible for the retention of our Medium and Strategic accounts in the Danish market.
  2. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will develop long-term relationships with customers and create success plans to ensure they gain maximum value from Trustpilot products.
  3. You will successfully onboard clients and ensure they fully utilize their paid subscription.
Key Skills and Qualifications
