About the Role

This Senior Project Manager opportunity is a fantastic chance to join our global Energy Division and contribute to delivering innovative energy from waste and carbon capture projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring strong internal and external collaboration, developing relationships with clients, growing our business, and strengthening our reputation as a trusted advisor.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage large and complex international projects, including consultancy team management, design and engineering management, tender document preparation, evaluation, and contracting, as well as contractor management, design reviews, and fabrication, erection, and commissioning supervision.
  • Deliver project management in line with international standards, encompassing planning, organisation, resource allocation, and risk minimisation while maximising project opportunities and handling uncertainty effectively.
  • Oversee small- and medium-scale domestic and international projects and studies, working closely with technical experts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and tools within our project management competence team, sharing knowledge, collecting lessons learned, and fostering collaboration.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on technical and commercial matters, and encouraging them to contribute their ideas and thoughts to the team.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering (thermal energy, process, or mechanical), measurable professional experience in the thermal energy sector, both in engineering and project management tasks. Excellent spoken and written English is essential, with good Scandinavian language skills an advantage but not required.
