The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in quality control within process equipment and 2-4 years of GMP experience. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Quality Controllers and delegate tasks as needed.
- Conduct quality control of documentation for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
- Maintain a structured and well-documented quality control process.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines.
- Identify errors and deficiencies in test documentation in close collaboration with the testing engineers.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in quality control within process equipment.
- 2-4 years of GMP experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to quality issues.
- Experience in personnel management.
