Mobile Industrial Robots (MiR) is seeking a skilled Logistics Analyst to support our MiR Asia Distribution team.

Job Summary:

The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing logistics processes, identifying opportunities for inventory reductions and optimization, and monitoring industry standards and trends. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in an autonomous environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identify opportunities for inventory reductions and optimization through data analysis
  • Monitor industry standards and trends to stay up-to-date on best practices
  • Develop and maintain payment systems to ensure accuracy of vendor payments
  • Determine packaging requirements for storage and transportation
  • Work with planners to determine parts availability and replenishment
  • Track product flow from origin to final delivery
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance measures
  • Maintain databases of logistics information
  • Communicate with service providers to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
