Job Title: Contract Manager for Global Maintenance Contracts

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to oversee one of its major Global Maintenance Contracts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the contractual aspects of the contract, ensuring that deliverables are in line with the terms of the agreement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Promote and apply QHSSE rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Manage contractual aspects of the contract, including ensuring deliverables are in line with the terms of the contract, identifying and negotiating contract change orders, and preparing amendments and extensions.
  • Support the internal KPIs to manage GMC efficiencies and contractual KPIs.
  • Manage technical aspects of the contract, including KPIs and reporting, procurement and call-off service orders, material and tools, and vendor contracting and mobilization.
  • Manage human resources aspects of the contract, including recruitment, time sheet management, and KPI analytics.
  • Be liable for the financial aspects of the project, including profitability, cost control management, budget preparation, and cash flow.
Requirements:
  • 10 years' experience in maintenance services, with a focus on complex GMC management.
  • Ready to relocate to Esbjerg, Denmark.
  • Oil and gas experience, preferably on Total Energies Contracts.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Skilled in Contract Management.
  • Proven track record of contract profitability improvement.
  • Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Leadership and ownership.
  • Capacities to adapt methods in a strong cultural environment and experiences of MOC (Management of changes).
