Procurement Manager

As our Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the Purchasing department and collaborating closely with the Global Sourcing Organization. Your key objectives will include:

• Negotiating and securing supplier contracts to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
• Developing and implementing key supplier agreements to ensure seamless delivery.
• Designing and implementing systems and ERP solutions to optimize procurement processes.
• Establishing and tracking KPIs to measure procurement performance.
• Cleaning and preparing data for Dynamics365.

The role is based at our site and factory in Nakskov, with some international travel required. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home when it suits your tasks.

We're seeking a seasoned professional with at least 5-10 years' experience in procurement and negotiation, combined with solid management experience. You'll have a degree in procurement or supply chain management and be an expert in ERP systems. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Danish are essential.
