Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, lean consulting, and change management. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, develop and implement solutions, and drive cultural change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process mappings and workshops with dedicated stakeholders to identify areas of improvement
  • Assess departments or organizations to identify potentials for improvement, conducting all activities in close collaboration with the selected project teams, leaders, and dedicated support functions
  • Encourage a culture of sustainable change and productivity-driven mindsets to ensure that productivity goals are being achieved
  • Promote and improve results by leveraging lean tools, consulting skills, business acumen, as well as stakeholder- and change management processes
Requirements:
  • Relevant and solid experience either from consulting, working with process improvements and efficiency or having been part of a team that has driven organizational efficiency in salaried areas (e.g. HR, R&D, Engineering, IT, S/C, Sales, Marketing etc.) or Lean in office areas
  • Demonstrate a result-oriented team-player mindset
  • Possess the ability to quickly gain the trust of stakeholders, peers, and management
  • Have an entrepreneurial and improvement-driven mindset
  • Are analytical and structured, humble yet self-confident and easy to work with
  • Are an effective communicator and consensus builder across key stakeholders
  • Are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
