We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to lead our HR operations at our Turkish office in Istanbul. This role is integral to our company's growth and success, ensuring the well-being of our employees, compliance with local regulations, and alignment with our global HR practices.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee engagement.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, and compliance. You will also play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and promoting diversity and inclusion.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will be able to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners, and will be comfortable making informed decisions that balance business needs with employee well-being.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations: Oversee the day-to-day HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee engagement, and encourage collaboration and teamwork.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment law, data protection, and health and safety.
  • Culture and Diversity: Contribute to shaping our company culture and promoting diversity and inclusion.

The salary for this position is approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
