Sales Growth Manager for Mining Operations

We're seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in driving global growth for our mining decanter solutions. This role reports to the Head of Process Sales and will be located in Copenhagen or Lund. The position involves approximately 60-70 travel days per year.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value sales opportunities. You will be responsible for leading a diverse, high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
- Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value sales opportunities.
- Expand the sales pipeline and oversee structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with our global sales companies to ensure alignment on key sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Service and Execution teams to enhance the customer experience and after-sales support.
Requirements and Qualifications
You are a highly motivated sales professional with a strong customer focus and a results-driven mindset. Proven experience in sales leadership, managing diverse teams to exceed targets and customer expectations. Strong knowledge of mining operations and sustainability challenges is essential for this role.
