Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled toolmaker with a passion for metrology and quality control to join our team as a Precision Moulding Technician. As part of the Toolshop team in MAC, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all moulds are maintained and up to specification.

Responsibilities

• ">
• Maintain test moulds and assist with troubleshooting and repairing of moulds and moulding equipment.">
• Inspect new incoming moulds and mould parts to ensure high-quality output.">
• Operate CMM and other measuring equipment in our internal metrology department.">
• Provide general support for ad-hoc tasks and projects.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• ">
• A degree in toolmaking or a related field.">
• Experience in repairing and maintaining injection moulds.">
• Knowledge of LEAN ways of working and identifying process improvements.">
• IT skills at a user level in Siemens NX, SAP, and Microsoft Office.">
• A structured approach to problem-solving and ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.">
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.">
